Jessica was slinging sourdough long before sourdough was trendy.
She grew up in a small town where they threw loaves of bread out at parades. That's the kind of place that turns bread into a love language, and it stuck.
Today she bakes out of Lowell, Arkansas, and the range is what gets people. Plain white loaves. Glazed sourdough donut holes. Croissants. Cookie cakes that have no business being that good.
Her better half, Blake, works the other half of the operation. He's on the grill smoking cheddar for her inclusions, and he's up in the dark before market running the fryer for those donut holes.
Blake also builds. His handmade wood pieces move fast, and his American Flags have become a customer favorite.
